what the FUD

The July/August edition of Mobile Communications International magazine, the "Future of Wireless" is packed full of acronyms to the point where it is almost unreadable, but there was one in particular that appealed to me - "FUD."

Don't even try to break this acronym down into plausibly sound bytes because if you don't know what it stands for, you have got no chance although this simply adds to the appeal. Here's how you would use FUD in a sentence:

"...This, in turn, caused a considerable amount of FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt) to be spread…"

"Beware the Wimax" by Alexander Harrowell.
