61% are satisfied, 45% responded, so are we really that happy?

At this evening's supper a very creative analogy was utterred and instantly brought a bout of laughter to the table.

We were discussing the results of the recent "People's Assurance" survey which was conducted within the organisation, the survey results highlighted that the number of respondents together with the level of employee satisfaction was slightly down compared to last year.

And when the conversation touched on how statistics could so easily be manipulated, a colleague injected , "stats are like costumes what they show is interesting but what they hide is often essential."
